Located not far from the sea, the United Territory's landing site receives the vast majority of personnel and supplies dropped from Earth. It's an open area surrounded by barbed wire, with soft soil suitable for landing capsules. Outside the barbed wire lies a restricted wasteland, called the "Landing Site Outer Control Zone", which, like the landing site itself, is off-limits to habitation because landing capsules might deviate from their landing point and strike personnel there.

Cargo arriving from the landing site is often loaded onto ships at nearby river ports. Personnel primarily travel to Unity City by vehicle via the "Cosmic Highway", connecting the landing site and Unity City.

Theoretically, cargo, landing capsules and containers arriving at the landing site should be cleared promptly to avoid hindering landings. However, due to manpower shortages, landing capsules and containers often cannot be dismantled and transported in time, with some cargo piling up for dozens of days. A scavenger group, mainly composed of refugees, has taken notice of these lands, frequently stealing items when the guards aren't looking. Due to their large numbers and the fact that they were driven to take risks for a living, the security bureau was never able to completely disperse these scavengers, they even went so far as to build shacks and set up camp in the control zone outside the landing site using materials dismantled from rockets and landing capsules and also cultivated a lot of land.
