       Teresa operate the most famous private clinic in United Territories, with quite a numbers of students, nurses and other kind of employees under her, she even has her own blood bank, pharmacy and ambulance. Teresa is expertise in Earth medical skill, not only that she is also expert in using Nox traditional medical skills like herbs and using EGO for healingn such skills allow her to lower the dependent of rare Earth medicines for her clinic.

       During the Space Race, Earth promise advancement in medical field would benefit everybody. But Teresa see otherwise, the poor have their own disease in contrast of the rich, usually the poor would be dead while the rich would get heal. The poor tends to hold it in when getting sick while the rich make a fuss from nothing. Most of the time, Teresa is just someone who always well dressed, cold hearted and a medical noblewoman with overprice medical consultation fee. In the eyes of those Republic Knight class noble, she is a doctor filled with nothing but "Arrogant" and "Greed". On the other hand, the poor in the United Territories, they doesn't care about her cold side as she would reduce medical fee for whoever is unfortunate and she would teach them ways of simple and easy to keep healthy.

       During her medical consultation, she always seem extremely excited, suddenly praising someone organ or body parts, asking them to sign an organ donation form. Some Noxian believe she is a witch that belief in an obscure cult from earth and she is a " Bloody Missy". Some Earths see her as a secret person tangling with magic Nox witchcraft.

       Well those rumor doesn't stop people coming to her clinic. Even when the United Territories Where in a rough shape she could still live a life of luxury, either in a cafe meeting a guest or going to the movie theater and opera, she was always given privilege as no one is dumb enough turn a doctor that might save your life in the future into your enemy.
