Personal History
For the vast majority of people, life means being swept along by the torrent of history, either rising on the tide of the times through personal effort or struggling against an inevitable decline driven by forces beyond their control. Rebecca Cunningham-Deepcreek, a moderately famous hunter, reality TV star, and online content creator, has experienced both of these vastly different yet fundamentally similar modes of existence.
Rebecca stands 1.65 meters tall with a healthy, well-proportioned physique. She hails from a Great Plains indigenous community that once suffered marginalization and persecution at the hands of colonizers, and she grew up on a reservation. Consequently, her skin tone is somewhat darker than that of the average Vespuccian, and she wears a constant smile. Upon meeting her, one is immediately struck by an air of warmth and openness, an aura reminiscent of the solid earth and the clear, open sky, and the beautiful harmony where the two meet.
Hunting is both Rebecca’s passion and her life’s calling. Her grandparents were once reviled by "civilized" society as savage, vicious barbarians and subjected to relentless abuse. Now, living in a more enlightened era, Rebecca has the opportunity to pursue her interests while reviving her ancestors' traditional skills. She is highly proficient in everything from bolt-action rifles and compound bows to trapping and tracking game. Amidst the vast skies and open landscapes, she finds beauty in nature and matches wits with cunning prey; in doing so, she gains insight into her true self, an ordinary girl who acts on simple, innate goodness rather than overanalyzing complex questions of right and wrong.
Thanks to her unique "exotic" appeal and her knack for showcasing intangible cultural heritage, Rebecca was discovered and launched as a child star at a young age. Backed by various television networks and media outlets, she received a quality education while simultaneously honing her hunting skills. Through sharing hunting culture with the public, she evolved into a television star and eventually became a successful online content creator. Collaborators praised her as cheerful, intelligent, and perpetually energetic, attributing her enviable success on screen, whether on television or the computer, to these very qualities. Yet, Rebecca remained grounded in her simple aspirations and values, not to mention the unpretentious, simple palate of a hunter.
However, Rebecca’s success also hinged on the currents of history: amidst the ideological struggle between the Union and the Entente, "national self-determination" was a fiercely contested high ground. The history of persecution inflicted upon indigenous peoples by Vespuccian colonists had long been a sore point for the Entente; Rebecca’s rise to fame served as a convenient symbol of the Entente’s respect for indigenous cultures. She rarely dwelt on these geopolitical nuances, believing instead that the most important thing was to strive for one’s dreams, an ideal Vespuccia had always championed.
With the dissolution of the Union, the "national self-determination" race ended alongside the Space Race; exotic flair lost its appeal, and screens became dominated by fair skin, blonde hair, and blue eyes. Public perception of indigenous peoples devolved into crude, negative stereotypes. Rebecca’s program suffered as well; sponsorships dwindled, and her time slots were relegated to the fringes. Though she didn't fully grasp the underlying causes, she decided to ride the wave of the burgeoning internet: she launched a blog and ventured into new video-hosting sites, all while continuing her reality TV show.
Despite redoubling her efforts, the rewards fell short of expectations. Rebecca grew frustrated and even anxious. With little formal education, she attempted to broaden her horizons through reading, hoping to find inspiration for new programs. In a popular history book about Nox, she learned that the Ruvilian Revolutionary Army had included many "hunters" who had previously worked as foresters and gamekeepers, serving knights during their hunts. This raised a question in her mind: did the knights of the Ruvilian Republic still uphold the tradition of the hunt and maintain a hunting culture to this day? Rebecca shared her idea with those around her, traveling to Ruvilato film a hunting program and perhaps even document the hunting culture the knights still preserved, and received only vague encouragement in return: "Nox ? We haven't heard anything from there in ages... though there used to be plenty of activity, right? If you went there to film something... maybe interest would pick up? Just a guess."
Personal Report
Rebecca hails from the Deep Creek tribe, part of the Great Plains indigenous peoples, and grew up on a reservation; consequently, her skin tone is darker than that of the average Vespuccian. Her grandparents had once suffered great abuse at the hands of "civilized" folk, who viewed them as savage barbarians, bloodthirsty and cruel. Fortunately, living in a more enlightened era, Rebecca was able to pursue her own interests while reviving her ancestors' craft: hunting. Amidst the vast, open skies and the boundless earth, she reveled in the beauty of nature. In the battle of wits against her quarry, she found a window into her true self, an ordinary girl who didn't overthink complex moral rights and wrongs, acting instead on the innate goodness of the human spirit.
With her unique "exotic" flair and mastery of a traditional craft, Rebecca successfully became a TV star hosting a hunting reality show. Her colleagues praised her cheerful, intelligent, and energetic nature, attributing her enviable on-screen success to these very qualities. Yet, Rebecca remained grounded in simple values and pursuits, and, of course, retained the unpretentious, simple palate of a hunter.
However, good times do not last forever. With the dissolution of the Union, the "Space Race" came to an end, and so did the era of celebrating "multiculturalism." Vespuccian society lost interest in Deep Creek culture, instead dismissing indigenous people as the dregs of society, prone to drinking, gambling, and drug abuse. Rebecca’s reality show, *Call of the Wild*, saw its ratings plummet, eventually losing its slot to a duck-hunting program featuring white hosts that was deemed "more aligned with local culture."
Determined to save her beloved show, Rebecca decided to take a new approach. She learned from a popular history book about Nox that the Ruvilian Revolutionary Army had fielded many "Jägers" hunters who had originally served as squires during aristocratic hunts. She envisioned taking *Call of the Wild* to Ruvilato exchange hunting traditions with the local hunters as a representative of the Deep Creek people. Surely, such a fascinating concept would reignite public interest and successfully revive the show?

That’s right, hold that pose! Turn your head 30 degrees clockwise, stop! Good! That’s the angle, that’s the composition! Wait, the sunlight isn't right; the angle of the light is too low... Cut. Let’s resume shooting at this time tomorrow; I’m afraid today’s film stock will have to be scrapped... Oh, alright, alright, I’ll keep it! But we still have to reshoot. The difference between this film and an Oscar might just come down to that one degree of sunlight, you understand, don't you? , Rebecca?

What? The film crew?! ...Right, exactly, this is all part of the conspiracy: broadcasting a film containing brainwashing signals to Earth so that anyone who sees it becomes a loyal slave to the "Grand Captain"! Hmph! As a freedom fighter with an unbreakable will, I need to inspect the footage you’ve shot! I hope there aren't any... shots of Prapor shirtless...

I recognize you! Back home, even the kids know the slogan: "Crunchy and tastes like chicken", and the Shakli-brand vitamin-fortified drink! It remains highly effective even in the harsh environment of space and is certified by the International Space Agency as a "Spaceman's Top Pick"! ...What? You don't host *Man vs. Wild*? ...That doesn't matter! Just remember: "A Shakli a day keeps the energy flowing!"
