       Ababil Linda serves as Dr. Theresa’s most vital driver, nurse, and assistant; she operates and maintains the doctor’s sole ambulance while assisting with medical equipment during examinations and surgeries. To most ordinary patients, Ababil is merely a silent figure in sunglasses driving the ambulance, or an inconspicuous presence wearing a thick gauze mask as she wordlessly assists Dr. Theresa. In reality, Ababil—like Theresa—judges people based on status, though her criteria are the exact opposite: while Theresa favors the poor and disdains the rich, Ababil disdains the poor and favors the rich.

       When encountering high-status patients—the very clientele Dr. Theresa treats with icy indifference—Ababil’s attitude shifts instantly to one of extreme enthusiasm. She often throws in small "perks" and employs a young woman's array of clever tactics to build rapport and secure benefits.

       Ababil is a descendant of a distant branch of the Linda family—a knightly clan—yet her lineage was too remote to secure her a stable livelihood within the Republic Guard. Consequently, she chose to become Dr. Theresa’s "squire" in pursuit of greater influence and a more promising future. She possesses an extraordinary zeal for making money and cultivating social connections; alongside her routine duties of transporting patients and medical supplies, she leverages the ambulance's spare capacity to run side businesses and earn extra cash.

       Ababil’s drive for financial independence is undeniable: she pestered official drivers until they taught her to drive, and by memorizing dictionaries of Earth languages—combined with a mix of gestures and guesswork—she actually mastered methods to communicate with people from various Earth nations, vastly expanding her business reach. Yet, whenever the chance for an easy gain arises, she is just as willing to secure benefits through flattery, sycophancy, or by leveraging her own personal charm.

       Theresa was well aware of her work . However, given that Ababil served as a vital link—shuttling between the clinic, the black market, scavengers, and the Sisters to transport illicit individuals, contraband, and intelligence—it seemed unreasonable to be too demanding of her; after all, water that is too clear holds no fish.

       When dealing with the Sisters, Ababil liked to claim that the United Territory had "seized her family's ancestral estate," fueling her deep-seated hatred for both the Republic and the United Territory. The Linda family had been "landlords" within the region; when the United Territory was established, their lands were exchanged for a larger territory elsewhere. Later, valuable shallow oil deposits were discovered on the original land. While the Linda family repeatedly insisted that the free spirit of a knight was far nobler than material wealth, Ababil scoffed at her ancestors' foolishness. Yet, she didn't truly hate the Earthlings or the United Territory—after all, even if the Linda family had retained ownership of that oil, she wouldn't have seen much of the profit anyway.

       Off duty, Ababil would dress in trendy outfits to go shopping, catch a movie, or attend various youth gatherings in the United Territory. It was her way of enjoying life, and she secretly hoped that, outside the confines of the clinic and the ambulance, she might catch the eye of some wealthy young heir.
